Onze visie en missie zijn helder als glas. Messcherp weten we waar we als Storteboom met elkaar naar toe willen. Ons motto? Better Life, Better Together”. Daar weer onder hangt onze People Agenda. Die geeft richting aan hoe wij ons als organisatie toekomstig gaan bewegen. Of, in gewone taal, hoe wij simpelweg gaan winnen. Want daar houden we van: de wil om de beste te zijn zit diep in onze genen. Daarop richt zich onze “mensen-agenda”. Met een open en nieuwsgierige blik kijken wij naar onze collega’s. Een centrale rol daarin spelen de HR Managers op onze vestigingen. Hoe? Heel praktisch zoeken zij de aansluiting bij onze strategie. Zij werken samen met directie, MT en Teamleiding bij alle medewerkers-gerelateerde zaken op de vestiging. Organisatieverandering en organisatieontwikkeling worden omarmd en zij vinden het oprecht boeiend om hier onderdeel van uit te maken. Zo’n HR Manager, met oog en gevoel voor de organisatie in zijn geheel en de medewerkers in het bijzonder, zoeken wij voor onze locatie in Kornhorn.

Wat ga je doen?

je neemt deel aan vergaderingen (live en via Teams) met als doel richting te geven aan de uitrol van onze People Agenda. Dit zijn bijvoorbeeld het wekelijkse MT-overleg op de vestiging, afdelingsvergaderingen en de vergaderingen van het landelijke HR-team.
je bevordert een positieve werkcultuur en richt je actief tot alle medewerkers op de vestiging
je initieert diverse praktische zaken HR-zaken op de vestiging, zoals het houden van sollicitatiegesprekken, functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken en het opstellen van arbeidsvoorwaarden
je zorgt voor wettelijke naleving in alle HR-gerelateerde zaken. Je bent eerste gesprekspartner van directie en het MT op de vestiging en je bent tevens bereikbaar en beschikbaar voor alle HR-gerelateerde vragen van medewerkers op de vestiging.
je voert het verzuimbeleid uit en behandelt verzuimcasussen. Je onderhoudt contact met bijvoorbeeld de Arbodienst en bewaakt de uitvoering van de Wet Poortwachter.

Wat is jouw achtergrond?

Expertise in leiderschapsontwikkeling: kennis van, en ervaring met, het adviseren over en ontwikkelen van leiderschap- en managementontwikkeltrajecten.

Analytisch en communicatief vermogen: vaardigheid in het uitvoeren van onderzoek, analyseren van data, signaleren van trends en helder communiceren van bevindingen binnen de organisatie.

Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je bent gewend om met medewerkers op diverse niveaus in een organisatie te schakelen. Dus ja, je bent mensgericht. Maar tegelijkertijd heb je ook een oog voor het organisatiebelang. Kortom je bent een stevige persoonlijkheid die op prettige, positieve en constructieve wijze de dialoog met de totale organisatie aangaat.

Een afgeronde HBO of WO diploma op het gebied van Human Resources Management

Minimaal 5 – 10 jaar ervaring als HR-manager

Actuele kennis van HR wet- en regelgeving.

een startsalaris tussen € 4.500,– en € 6.000,– bruto per maand (wij verlonen per periode, ofwel 13 keer per jaar)

Teamleider Productie Zeewolde

Aanpakken, tempo maken en doelen behalen, dat zit in jouw DNA. En dat komt goed uit, want bij ons draait alles om smaakvolle kip, topkwaliteit en een strakke productieplanning. In de rol van Teamleider Retail ben jij de verbindende factor tussen mens en machine. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles in de productie soepel verloopt: van snijden en verpakken tot en met de eindcontrole.

Geen eindeloze overleggen of stroperige processen. Wij geloven in korte lijnen en directe actie. Jij krijgt de ruimte om echt het verschil te maken in een dynamische omgeving, waar elke dag anders is. Samen met de andere teamleiders draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor een vlekkeloze productie. Wél een flinke uitdaging, maar eentje met veel voldoening. En natuurlijk doe je dat met een enthousiast en betrokken team.

Kip! Wij krijgen er niet genoeg van. En consumenten ook niet. We doelen dan uiteraard op lekkere kip, dat is een absolute voorwaarde. Tja, dan kan het niet anders: die kip komt van Storteboom Food Group. Op al onze locaties en met al onze collega’s is dát waar we dagelijks aan werken. Zowel voor de retail, als voor onze QSR- en BtB klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Activiteiten die wij in hoog tempo uitbreiden.

Wij hebben slachtlocaties en processinglocaties. Onze locatie in Putten is één van onze slachtlocaties in Nederland. Met inachtneming van alle regels en maximale aandacht voor dierenwelzijn worden hier kippen aangevoerd voor verdere verwerking.

Eén van de belangrijke schakels in ons proces is de positie van Teamleider. In een nuchter bedrijf zoals wij dat zijn betekent dit dat je zowel in de productie- als op kantoor diverse werkzaamheden verricht. Je staat samen met je team voor de opdracht om de ploeg/dag/weekplanning te realiseren. Je geeft daarbij op een coachende wijze leiding aan het team.
