Heerlijke kipproducten. Schappen vol. Altijd, en altijd op het juiste moment. Bij de retailers, quick-service-restaurants of in Out-of-Home locaties. Consumenten zijn dit als heel vanzelfsprekend gaan ervaren. Dat geldt ook voor onze business to business klanten: ook zij zijn gewend aan onze optimale leverperformance. Maar aan die vanzelfsprekendheid gaat een hele Wereld van de Kip vooraf. Want uitsluitend door de vraag van onze klanten en afnemers goed in te schatten op basis van goed onderbouwde data is Storteboom Food Group in staat om haar Supply Chain optimaal in te richten. Dit vraagt om een dagelijkse afstemming met iedereen die bij het proces betrokken is. Niet door de vinger in de lucht te steken en te kijken uit welke hoek de wind waait. Wél door een gedegen forecast die vervolgens vertaald wordt naar dag-, week- en maandplanning.

Demand management speelt hierbij, als onderdeel van onze Supply Chain organisatie, een centrale rol. Het geeft inzicht in trends en ontwikkelingen op de markt, de behoefte van onze klanten en de afspraken die wij als organisatie moeten maken om hier steeds op het juiste moment op in te spelen. Samen met de Salesteams, op basis van (historische) marktanalyses worden trends en ontwikkelingen in retail en business to business nauwkeurig inzichtelijk gemaakt. Zo zien wij kansen, maar uiteraard ook bedreigingen en op basis van zorgvuldige rapportage en doorvertaling van de trends wordt het management geïnformeerd.

Wat ga je doen?

Het is natuurlijk altijd een beperkte weergave in een vacaturetekst, zeker wanneer het gaat om een brede functie als die van Demand Manager kunnen wij niet “alles” wat je gaat doen vermelden. Daarom in een verkorte versie. Je gaat:

deel uitmaken van het S&OP-team waarbij je rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de Director Supply Chain. Het team is verantwoordelijk voor het managen, bewaken en/of faciliteren van onze sales&operations processen. Je bent betrokken in alle hoofd- en deelprocessen.
verbeteren van het forecast proces in nauwe samenwerking met het commerciële team
een actieve bijdrage leveren aan het deskundig en doordacht vertalen van de forecast naar een Supply Plan voor de langere termijn
analyses uitvoeren op alle data die ons helpen om steeds beter onze forecast op te stellen en daarmee draag je bij aan een zorgvuldige integrale planning over alle vestigingen heen
bijdragen aan een optimale uitleverperformance, verwaarding, Flow, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO en voorraadposite.

Je begrijpt dat dit een geweldige baan in het “hart” van onze organisatie is waar een stevig pakket aan arbeidsvoorwaarden tegenover staat. Het is een nieuwe rol in ons bedrijf; ervaring is dus belangrijk en het helpen opbouwen en verder verstevigen van deze positie is een belangrijk onderdeel.

Wat is jouw achtergrond?

je hebt een afgeronde WO-opleiding richting Supply Chain Management of Bedrijfskunde
ruime ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, liefst in een FMCG-omgeving
een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid die jou helpt om steeds de vraag “achter de vraag” te stellen
een optimistische houding van “en weer door” ook als het eens even tegenzit (en ja, niet alles gaat natuurlijk altijd goed in een grote organisatie als die van ons)
kennis van diverse digitale systemen, ERP en Reporting tools en de vaardigheid om deze systemen op de juiste manier op het juiste moment in te zetten
handige communicatieve- en sociale vaardigheden die jou in staat stellen om op alle niveaus in onze organisatie de verbinding met je collega’s aan te gaan

Operator

Het is écht zo: kip is het meest veelzijdige stukje vlees. Poten, filet, drumsticks, barbecuespiesjes. Man, man, wat lekker allemaal. Veilig en goed geproduceerd. Dat is een absolute voorwaarde. Gelukkig hebben wij jou straks aan één van de productielijnen staan. Als operator in onze geheel vernieuwde locatie in Nijkerk. Leuke baan hoor! En bovendien werken bij de meest toffe werkgever van de Noordwest Veluwe. Werken in de wereld van de kip? Dit is je kans!

We groeien hard! Daarom starten we met een 2-ploegendienst en hebben we mooie banen voor operators in onze productie.

Je werkt als operator aan één van onze productielijnen. Een baan voor aanpakkers. Doorzetters. Met oog voor kwaliteit en hygiëne. Die een kleine storing aan de lijn niet uit de weg gaan. En weten wanneer ze de Technische Dienst in moeten schakelen. Die collega’s aan de “lijn” kunnen motiveren en enthousiasmeren. Om door te gaan, ook als het even tegen zit. En dat gebeurt natuurlijk wel eens.

Of het koud is bij ons? Tja, in de productie werk je bij 2 – 4 graden. Wij zorgen er natuurlijk voor dat je warm bent en blijft. Met de juiste werkkleding. En in de pauzes met onze wereldberoemde gratis soep. En die is lekker joh!

Medewerker Uitprijs / Cassiere Zeewolde

In Nederland zijn we dol op kip. We eten jaarlijks per persoon ruim 22 kilo! De keuze voor kip is ook makkelijk: het is lekker, heeft een eenvoudige bereiding en past bij heel veel gerechten. Bij veel supermarkten ligt onze kip in de schappen te wachten tot de klant het koopt. Mooi verpakt én op de juiste manier van een etiket en prijs voorzien.

Dit doen wij op onze vestiging in Zeewolde. Daar zoeken wij leuke collega’s voor de uitprijsafdeling. Wil jij werken in een productieomgeving en zie je er niet tegenop om flink aan te pakken? Lees dan snel verder. Want dankzij jou liggen dan straks onze productie netjes in de supermarkt.

Binnen de afdeling “Uitprijs” worden kipproducten die in een bakje zitten van een etiket voorzien. Daarna worden de producten voor iedere klant klaargezet. Het voorzien van een etiket, wij noemen dat het “etiketteerproces”, vindt aan de lijn plaats.
