Voor onze vestiging in Zeewolde zoeken wij versterking voor onze afdeling Maalproductie

Functie-omschrijving
Bij de Maalproductie worden bijzondere, exclusieve kipproducten gemaakt. Denk hierbij aan kiphamburgers, kiprollades, kipsaucijzen en andere varianten. Deze producten worden dagvers gemaakt. Als medewerker Maalproductie met vleeskennis stel je een goed kipproduct samen volgens de gestelde kwaliteitseisen en productspecificaties.

De werktijden worden in onderling overleg afgestemd en liggen van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 06:15 en 00:00 in wisselende roosters. Op zaterdagen wordt er ook gewerkt en dan ligt de werktijd tussen 06:15 en 15:00.

Wat ga je doen?

controleren van de hygiënische toestand van de werkomgeving
gereedmaken, ombouwen, afstellen en/of proefdraaien van de machine volgens werkinstructie
controleren van grond- en hulpstoffen op kwaliteit, temperatuur, beschikbaarheid en verwerkbaarheid
het vermengen van grond- en hulpstoffen in de juiste mengverhouding
invoeren in de machine en in het proces brengen van grond- en hulpstoffen
het correct portioneren van eindproducten (vastgesteld gewicht)
op juiste wijze toevoegen van hulpstoffen en andere componenten die leiden tot het eindproduct
hand-en machinematig verwerken van grond- en hulpstoffen
bewaken en bijsturen van de productie, beoordelen (visueel) van de kwaliteit van het product /halffabricaat
kwalitatieve beoordeling van het eindproduct
leegdraaien en schoonmaken van de machine bij wisseling van receptuur volgens werkinstructie
naleven van de HACCP en veiligheidsvoorschriften

Wat is jouw achtergrond?

Wij zoeken een collega die zich thuis voelt in een productieomgeving, iemand die:

ervaring heeft met vleesverwerking. Je hebt een voorsprong als je ervaring hebt met het vervaardigen van maalproducten en het in lijn verwerken van meerdere eindproducten en assemblage
ervaring als slager, slagerijmedewerker, worstmaker
flexibel is
efficiënt en zorgvuldig werkt
kan werken in een gekoelde omgeving (2 graden Celsius)
een gemotiveerde houding heeft en iemand die goed zelfstandig kan werken

Het is écht zo: kip is het meest veelzijdige stukje vlees. Poten, filet, drumsticks, barbecuespiesjes. Man, man, wat lekker allemaal. Veilig en goed geproduceerd. Dat is een absolute voorwaarde. Gelukkig hebben wij jou straks aan één van de productielijnen staan. Als operator in onze geheel vernieuwde locatie in Nijkerk. Leuke baan hoor! En bovendien werken bij de meest toffe werkgever van de Noordwest Veluwe. Werken in de wereld van de kip? Dit is je kans!

We groeien hard! Daarom starten we met een 2-ploegendienst en hebben we mooie banen voor operators in onze productie.

Heb jij zin in een baan voor aanpakkers? Ben jij een doorzetter? En heb je gevoel voor techniek? Dan is dit wellicht dé baan voor je!

Of het koud is bij ons? Tja, in de productie werk je bij 6 graden. Wij zorgen er natuurlijk voor dat je warm bent en blijft. Met de juiste werkkleding. En in de pauzes met onze wereldberoemde gratis soep. En die is lekker joh!

Bij Storteboom Agri draait het om kip. Wij houden de hele keten draaiende en dat doen we goed ook. Maar achter al dat gekakel gaat een wereld van administratie schuil. En dáár kom jij in beeld.

We zoeken een Administratief Medewerker Agri, ter vervanging van zwangerschapsverlof die zich helemaal op zijn plaats voelt in de Wereld van de Kip. Iemand die het overzicht bewaart, processen gladstrijkt en zijn of haar team motiveert om elke dag nét dat stapje extra te zetten. Geen poeha, geen kantoorpraat, gewoon lekker nuchter samen goed werk leveren.
