Voor deze wereld zoeken wij een Manager Logistiek met lef, overzicht en gevoel voor mensen én cijfers.
Als Manager Logistiek ben jij de regisseur van de volledige logistieke keten. Je stuurt een divers team aan van jonge talenten en ervaren collega’s en zorgt voor een feilloze samenwerking tussen logistiek, emballagebeheer en warehousing.
Belangrijk detail: je werkt uitsluitend met externe partners. Geen eigen trucks, geen eigen warehouses – wél volledige verantwoordelijkheid.
Je opereert in een spannend speelveld want aan de ene kant bouw je aan sterke, duurzame relaties met externe logistieke partners. Anderzijds bewaak je de efficiëntie, prestaties en de kosten. Bovendien draag je actief bij aan de grote stap naar voren die we maken rondom datamanagement. Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat data ons kunnen helpen nog betere prestaties te leveren. Eens?

Wat ga je doen?
Wat ga je doen?
· Regisseren van de complete logistieke keten: transport, emballage en warehousing
· Leidinggeven aan het logistieke team en zorgen voor structuur, energie en ontwikkeling
· Continu verbeteren van processen en systemen, met focus op kostenbeheersing, betrouwbaarheid en continuiteit
· Samenwerken en verbeteren met externe logistieke partners
· Samenwerken met interne stakeholders zoals Supply Chain, Operations en Inkoop, Sales en Finance op alle lagen binnen het bedrijf
· Onderhandelen over tarieven, SLA’s en prestatieafspraken
· Signaleren van risico’s in de keten en tijdig bijsturen
Wat is jouw achtergrond?
Wat breng jij mee?
· Een afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding in de richting van Bedrijfskunde, Logistiek management of Supply chain
· Je hebt een stevige ervaring in logistiek management, bij voorkeur in een complexe (liefst food-gerelateerde) omgeving
· Je durft beslissingen te nemen en staat stevig in je schoenen zowel intern als extern
· Je bent een aanjager voor aller handen projecten en bent continue bezig om (eigen) processen te verbeteren
· Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen operatie en strategie op alle niveau’s binnen het bedrijf
· Je bent sterk in regievoering zonder hiërarchische macht
· Je combineert relationele vaardigheden met een financiële blik
· Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar elke dag anders is
