Je kent ze nog wel van het schoolplein. Of uit de vriendengroep. We hebben het over De Onderhandelaar. De man of de vrouw die altijd de beste deals wist te sluiten. Steeds weer in staat was om een ijsje, een jeans of sportspullen goedkoper te krijgen. En die daar ook zichtbaar veel plezier in had. Altijd op zoek naar de besparing speurden zij later het internet af. Op zoek naar die geweldige vakantie “voor weinig”. Of die vlucht waardoor zij voor een habbekrats naar een zonnig oord konden vliegen? Herkenbaar? Gaat dit wellicht over jou?

Dan ben mogelijk die gedreven Inkoper met ruime ervaring in de inkoop en een scherp oog voor kostenbesparing en efficiëntie, waar wij naar op zoek zijn. Als je bovendien graag samenwerkt met technische experts en interne stakeholders om de inkoopprocessen te optimaliseren en de Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) te verlagen, dan is deze functie als Inkoper bij Storteboom Food Group perfect voor je.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inkopen van diverse producten en diensten diensten binnen onze organisatie. Denk hierbij aan de categorieën techniek, schoonmaakdiensten, intern transport en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM).

Onderwerpen die jou motiveren en interesseren zijn:

Kostenbesparing en TCO: Je analyseert de kostenstructuren van je categorieën en vindt mogelijkheden om de Total Cost of Ownership te verlagen. Dit doe je door strategisch in te kopen, langdurige contracten af te sluiten en alternatieve leveranciers te onderzoeken.
Efficiëntieverbetering: Door middel van data-analyse, procesoptimalisatie en goede communicatie met leveranciers en interne afdelingen werk je aan operationele efficiëntie. Je implementeert slimme oplossingen die kostenbesparend zijn en operationele processen stroomlijnen.
Samenwerking met technische afdelingen: Je werkt intensief samen met de technische teams om inkoopbehoeften helder in kaart te brengen en technische kennis te vertalen naar praktische inkoopoplossingen. Je fungeert als de brug tussen de technische experts en de inkoopafdeling.
Leveranciersmanagement: Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met bestaande leveranciers en zoekt actief naar nieuwe partners die kunnen bijdragen aan kostenbesparingen, kwaliteitsverbeteringen en procesoptimalisatie. Je onderhandelt scherp over prijzen, levertijden en voorwaarden.

Wat is jouw achtergrond?

Je hebt een HBO-opleiding Supply Chain Management, Bedrijfskunde of een andere relevante richting.
Je hebt minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring op het gebied van Inkoop, bij voorkeur binnen de FMCG-sector.
Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met kostenbesparingen, efficiëntieverbeteringen en het werken met TCO.
Je bent communicatief sterk op alle niveaus en je kunt goed omgaan met interne stakeholders en technische experts waarbij je hun behoeften weet te vertalen naar praktische inkoopoplossingen.
Je hebt uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden en bent in staat om langdurige relaties met leveranciers op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen en inkoopsoftware (bijvoorbeeld CSB, SAP)
Je bent analytisch sterk, proactief en resultaatgericht.

Operator Waterzuiveringsinstallatie

Water! Zuiver, schoon water. We kunnen niet zonder. Want wist je dat 70% van onze aarde uit water bestaat? En een mens zelfs voor 65%? Water staat zelfs in de Schijf van Vijf, de voedingswijzer, als één van de belangrijkste elementen voor een gezond eetpatroon. Maar dan komen we gelijk op het volgende: het moet wel schoon en helder water zijn. Want een bakkie thee of koffie van troebel water….dat lijkt toch al snel minder gezond. En misschien is het je bij jezelf wel eens opgevallen: zodra je aan water denkt, denk je ook dat heldere, bijna blauwe water. En als je denkt aan water en vakantie, dan zelfs azuurblauw water. Maar hé, we dwalen af!

Duurzaamheid en water zijn ook onlosmakelijk met elkaar verbonden. Het één kan niet zonder het ander. Daarom zetten wij bij Storteboom Food Group veel inspanning op onze waterzuivering. Met eigen installaties zodat we onafhankelijk de kwaliteit van het afvalwater kunnen beheersen. En met eigen collega’s die weten hoe die installaties werken, verbeterd kunnen worden en hoe rapportage over de waterzuivering goed vastgelegd kan worden.

En nu, het beste bericht. We hebben een vacature voor een Operator Waterzuiveringsinstallatie op onze slacht/productielocatie in Putten. Een collega die, na een gedegen inwerkprogramma, zich helemaal richt op de waterzuivering. En aangezien we daar heel veel werk te doen hebben zul je je niet snel vervelen! In sommige vacatures wordt dit omschreven als “uitdagen”. Nou, zeker weten!

Chauffeur CE

Tja, die Brennerpas. Het was (en is) wel wat met dat liedje. Zeg “chauffeur” en je denkt “met de vlam in de pijp”. Nou kom je als chauffeur bij Storteboom Food Group op veel plekken, maar niet door die pas. Wel kom je bij de mooiste pluimveebedrijven van Nederland, Duitsland en België. En op basis van (vooral nachtritten) die vooraf zijn gepland zodat je (ook) als chauffeur goed weet waar je iedere week aan toe bent. Fijn hoor, want er is ook nog een leven naast je baan.

Als aanvoer chauffeur vervoer je het levende pluimvee naar onze slachtlocaties. Dat zijn er twee: één in Kornhorn en één in Putten. Voor de aanvoer naar beide locaties zijn wij op zoek naar nieuwe collega’s. Gewoon, lekker op de loonlijst. Je gaat werken bij één van onze mooiste onderdelen van het bedrijf, namelijk bij de Agri. Dat is het deel van het bedrijf dat ervoor zorgt dat er dagelijks kippen worden aangevoerd. Hard werken, dat zeker. Maar wel in een superfijn team waar “trots” heel hoog in het vaandel staat.
