In Nijkerk zoeken we daarom een coördinator die veiligheid, gezondheid en milieuzorg niet alleen op papier regelt, maar vooral op de werkvloer laat leven. Iemand die de fabriek snapt, collega’s meeneemt in verbeteringen en het groepsbeleid vertaalt naar praktische oplossingen.

Wat is jouw achtergrond?

Je hebt een stevige ervaring met ARBO-, veiligheids- en/of milieuwetgeving (bij voorkeur in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie) en weet collega’s te motiveren voor veilig, gezond en duurzaam werken. Je bent benaderbaar, duidelijk in je communicatie en voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving. Je kent de regels én weet ze praktisch toepasbaar te maken.

Daarnaast:

· Ben je de Nederlandse taal goed machtig en kun je je ook in het Engels goed verstaanbaar maken

· Kun je theorie vertalen naar werkbare praktijkoplossingen

· Ben je proactief, zorgvuldig en niet bang om – waar nodig – kritisch te zijn

Chauffeur CE

Tja, die Brennerpas. Het was (en is) wel wat met dat liedje. Zeg “chauffeur” en je denkt “met de vlam in de pijp”. Nou kom je als chauffeur bij Storteboom Food Group op veel plekken, maar niet door die pas. Wel kom je bij de mooiste pluimveebedrijven van Nederland, Duitsland en België. En op basis van (vooral nachtritten) die vooraf zijn gepland zodat je (ook) als chauffeur goed weet waar je iedere week aan toe bent. Fijn hoor, want er is ook nog een leven naast je baan.

Als aanvoer chauffeur vervoer je het levende pluimvee naar onze slachtlocaties. Dat zijn er twee: één in Kornhorn en één in Putten. Voor de aanvoer naar beide locaties zijn wij op zoek naar nieuwe collega’s. Gewoon, lekker op de loonlijst. Je gaat werken bij één van onze mooiste onderdelen van het bedrijf, namelijk bij de Agri. Dat is het deel van het bedrijf dat ervoor zorgt dat er dagelijks kippen worden aangevoerd. Hard werken, dat zeker. Maar wel in een superfijn team waar “trots” heel hoog in het vaandel staat.

Traineeship

Wow, kijk nou! Net (of bijna) je diploma in de pocket! Van harte gefeliciteerd, je hebt je handtekening eronder gezet. Wat een geweldige prestatie na jarenlang studeren: echt een moment om trots op te zijn!

Misschien voel je je nu net een ontdekkingsreiziger die het pad heeft gevonden, maar nog niet weet welk avontuur je als eerste aan wilt gaan. Je hebt hard gewerkt om deze mijlpaal te bereiken en nu is het tijd om na te denken over wat de toekomst jou gaat brengen. Goed nieuws! Bij Storteboom Food Group bieden wij jonge professionals een traineeship aan. Dat is dé kans om te ontdekken wat écht bij je past en waar jij je verder in wil ontwikkelen.

Wij bieden je uiteenlopende projecten en opdrachten op de diverse locaties van onze organisatie. Je wordt begeleid door productieleiders, teamleiders én bovendien door onze talentmanager. Zo krijg je de kans om verschillende afdelingen binnen ons bedrijf te verkennen, jezelf uit te dagen en te leren in de praktijk van ervaren “leermeesters”. Bij Storteboom is een traineeship dus geen stage waarbij je alleen de koffie moet halen (hoewel, dat doen we ook voor elkaar natuurlijk). Dus als jij klaar bent om te ontdekken waar jouw passie ligt dan is dit jouw springplank naar een carrière vol uitdagingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden!
